Cancellation Policy

Please note that a cancellation policy is applied so as not to prevent another patient from attending the clinic. If you cannot make your appointment please provide 24 hours’ notice, otherwise a cancellation fee will apply.

Payment Terms

All fees are to be paid on day of treatment. A receipt will be issue to allow for submission to your health insurance for reimbursement. Most health insurances now provide Apps on your smartphone that allows for instant submission and faster reimbursement of expenses. Payments can be made using all major credit cards and debit cards.
